Send Records
Send relevant imaging (CT, MRI, CTA, MRA), clinical notes, and lab work via secure fax to (253) 414-1013 or through your EHR's direct messaging.

Patient Evaluation
Our neurovascular specialist will evaluate the patient, review imaging, and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
